Cultural Etiquette:
Cultural etiquette inspired me a lot, like there are some greeting etiquettes before shaking hands.
If someone's hands are wet or dirty they'd say sorry or apologise them.
Ciao is a simple yet general phrase , it means "Hello".
For good day or good morning, people use a word " Buongiorno" or Buonasera".
Italians used to say signore (Mr) and signora ( Mrs ) while greeting in the past.
Now address them by titles and last name, for showing good gestures.
